We cover most of Ontario! We use different logistics companies to deliver, depending on your postal code. If your area is not covered by next day delivery by any of our providers (a very remote area), we unfortunately will have to cancel your order.
Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping option selected. You will receive an email with tracking information once the shipping label is created or once the order has left our kitchen. Our partners deliver between 10AM and 9PM and it's not possible to schedule a specific time. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday, as there is no fulfillment on weekends.
We also offer an option of discounted weekly shipping at Thursdays depending on your postal code. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee the delivery on the same week if an order is received after the cut off. The cut-off is stated when you select the shipping option. If you have placed an order after that cut-off time and want to confirm the date of delivery, send us a message at email@example.com

Yes, they are! The net carbs in our products range from 0.5g to 3.8g per serving.
Net carbs are calculated as total carbs minus fiber minus polyols (sugar alcohols). The idea behind net carbs is to consider only carbs that are absorbed by the body. Both fiber and most sugar alcohols (the case with the ones we use) are excreted by the body without absorption

I know that even with size and weight information, it might be hard to picture the product. The way I see it, the small cheesecake is the perfect little indulgence after a meal. If you want the dessert to be a central piece of your meal, then you should go with the medium.
There is no official list of paleo approved ingredients – some are commonly accepted as paleo while others can be more controversial and fall on a grey zone. Dairy and sugar alcohols are on the grey area, and all of our products contain those two. So, if you have strict paleo dietary guidelines, we suggest you read through the ingredient list (every product has the details on its page) to make sure it is compliant with your specific needs.
Yes, they are! More than just avoiding sugar, the concern that diabetics must have is with carbs that are digested by our bodies. The thing to watch out for on keto products is the sweetener used, as some sugar alcohols (such as maltitol) can cause an insulin response. We use a blend of erythritol and stevia, both known as safe for diabetics. All the other ingredients are also commonly used by diabetic individuals, such as almond and coconut flours, eggs, whipping cream, etc. We don't add any starch to our products! Since every individual is unique, we always recommend reading through the ingredient list.
No gelatin nor rennet. We don’t add alcohol, but the vanilla and banana extracts are alcohol based, as most extracts are. The alcohol evaporates during baking. The only product that is not baked and has vanilla extract added is the Nanaimo bars, so they will have a tiny amount on it.
We do not use kosher-certified ingredients.
