Jubi is born!

Baking has always been a passion of mine – at 10 years old I was my family’s official cake and cookies baker. When we changed our eating habits to follow a low carb lifestyle back in 2015, it was only natural that my baking followed suit!

After all those years of keto baking for family and friends, we decided it was time to bring jubilation to everyone else! And so Jubi was born with the mission to make the best keto and low carb treats for all to enjoy, keto followers or not, adult or children!

    The main sweetener we use is a blend of Stevia and Erythritol. We currently use Xylitol on the frosting in minor amounts – the main sweetener is the stevia / erythritol blend, but adding xylitol helps to prevent crystallization. Our salted caramel topping (not currently available) was made with xylitol only.
